Wonderful retreat weekend
Our quilting group of 8 women just spent a wonderful weekend in this beautiful home. There were quiet rooms and comfortable beds for sleeping, a big screen TV for video watching, and the beach was just a few minutes walk away. We loved it here and will definitely come back.
Harrison Lake House
Very happy with our stay at Harrison Lake House. It slept 8 of us very comfortably. Everything we needed for the weekend was there and things were easy to find. Nice house in a wonderful setting, having the lake just steps away is a bonus!

We stayed for 4 nights and found the property excellent. Everything was as advertised. Will use it again if we go back to Harrison. Made good use of the Bar-B-Que as we had friends come up and stay with us.
Harrison Lake House..something for everyone
Our family, 3 generations, found Harrison Lake House to be the perfect spot for our weeklong holiday. It met all the requirements for 10 of us. The owners were extremely prompt and communicative throughout the booking process. The house exceeded our expectations. In fact the house,the access to the beach, the wooded garden and rushing stream kept us pinned to the property. We felt no need to leave. With three floors and a spacious open floor plan the house afforded ample space for each of us to find our own little nook or to accommodate us all when we came together. The huge harvest table was great for family meals. There was more than enough dishes, utensils, linens etc for a large group. Loved the wrap around veranda, again space to spread out and find sun or shade, conversation or solitude. The owners should take credit for providing activities for folks like us, ages 3 to plus 70..from books, magazines, games, foosball, video, dvd’s and of course the sing-a-long karaoke is the base for happy interaction. Teens and vacationing professionals liked the wireless internet access. Our family highly recommends Harrison Lake House.. just leave us space for a return visit.
Weekend Getaway
We have booked the Lakehouse two summers now. It is a terrific girls weekend away. The house has everything you could possibly need for a weekend getaway. The beach is just steps away, there is a full functioning media room complete with Playstation (we LOVED Singstar) and large greatroom excellent for chatting and eating meals together . The Harrison Lakehouse will definately be a yearly tradition!
Perfect Place for Staff Retreat
My work team found it a perfect place to have a staff retreat. There was ample space for the 7 of us and we really enjoyed having all of the amenities (often more) of home. The setting was very conducive to team building but also for getting our normal work done and trying new things – in a great environment. The house was very clean and the setting peaceful. Thanks for the opportunity to use the house/cottage – I would definitely recommend it to people/companies in the future.
Excellent large group location
As a group of 11 ladies on our annual girls getaway weekend, we stayed at the Harrison Lake House this year. We had an AMAZING time and all hope to return again to this house in the future. The house was very thoughtfully stocked and Danielle & Lubos so easy to deal with! The surroundings are absolutely gorgeous and the proximity to town is just perfect – only 10 minutes! And as a special extra, being able to bring along the dog was a rare and much appreciated bonus! We would definately recommend this home to the young and old alike! Best Weekend Ever!
We recently had my Stagette at the Lake House. It was an incredible time! The house had everything we needed and was so cozy and comfortable none of us wanted to leave. I will recommend it to everyone I know.Nice house, Lovely location
Stayed for a weekend in March 2010 and had a great time. Well equipped house had everything and more that we needed and all with lovely scenic views out of most windows of the forrest with the lake in the background. Easy 5 minutes walk to Provincial Park, 10 minute drive to Harrison Hot Springs.There were 9 of us and only limitation was only 2 full bathrooms, but it just took a bit of planning in the morning.
Fun times, but the big one got away

Christmas Week 2009
We want to thank you for sharing your lovely home with our family. The home is lovely, the setting spectacular and so many fun things for the kids to do. I slept with the window cracked just to hear the stream running at night. We all want to come back in the summer.

We had a wonderful time at this place. It is a beautiful, well-kept house with a great layout that facilitates both communal time and private respite. The location, just a walking minute from Harrison Lake and a short drive from Hicks Lake, is wonderful for those of us who relish being refreshed and inspired by the natural environment. Really a treat. Even indoors, the views of the trees and river through the windows were beautiful.
