Our Booking Process
- Guests select available dates from the online booking calendar
- Guests enter reservation details, select optional services and provide payment information
- We review the request, confirm availability and answer any questions
- We process the booking and charge the initial payment (40% of the total cost)
- We block the dates off on our calendar and send confirmation of booking
- 30 days before the reservation we charge the remaining payment (60% of the total cost)
- 14 days before the reservation we send the Welcome Package that contains access codes, driving directions, checkout procedures and other useful information
- 7 days before the reservation the damage deposit is processed if the Accidental Rental Insurance was not purchased
Rental Rates
Winter – January 6, 2013 to February 28, 2013
Winter is a great time to escape the city and enjoy the slower pace of the country. Take a peaceful walk on the beach, relax in our outdoor hot tub, or just curl up next to the fireplace with a good book. Tubing, downhill skiing and cross-country skiing can be enjoyed at nearby Hemlock Valley Resort and Manning Park Resort.
- Weekend: $375 per night (Fri, Sat, Sun)
- Midweek: $275 per night
- Full Week: $1925 for 7 nights – only $275 a night!
- Minimum Rental: Two weekend nights / Three midweek nights
Spring – March 1, 2013 to June 19, 2013
Springs brings warm days and cooler nights and is the perfect time to enjoy Harrison Hot Springs, Harrison Lake and Sasquatch Provincial Park without the crowds. The flowers are in bloom and the nearby Minter Garden and golf courses are buzzing with activity while spring skiing can still be had at Hemlock Valley and Manning Park Resorts.
- Weekend: $375 per night (Fri, Sat, Sun)
- Midweek: $300 per night
- Full Week: $2200 for 7 nights – only $300 a night!
- Minimum Rental: Two nights
Summer – June 20, 2013 to September 3, 2013
Summer is an amazing time to visit Harrison Hot Springs! The lake warms up and is great for swimming, either at nearby Greenpoint Beach or the sandy Harrison Hot Springs Beach. Both Hicks Lake and Deer Lake offer canoeing and the town of Harrison Hot Springs has frequent festivals. With so much to do you could take it all in, or simply lounge on the porch enjoying the peaceful tranquility of Sasquatch Provincial Park.
- Weekend: $400 per night
- Midweek: $400 per night
- Full Week: $2450 for 7 nights – only $350 a night!
- Minimum Rental: Four nights
Important Information
- Rates are for the exclusive use of the entire house, yard and property
- Rates include up to 12 guests staying at or visiting the house
- Check-in time is 4pm, Check-out time is 11am. Early check-in and late check-out are available at an additional cost.
- Rates include all fees such as processing fee, cleaning fee, credit card fee, etc.
- Rates are subject to 12% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax)
- Pets are welcome for $50 per visit for each pet
- Damage deposit or Accidental Damage Protection Insurance required
- Payment is in Canadian Dollars. Visa, MasterCard, and personal cheques are accepted.
